As Vice President and Director, Financial and Government Operations, Donald Hirsch is responsible for the delivery of services and solutions to clients across multiple federal agencies, including the Departments of the Treasury, Justice, and Transportation. This covers the entire spectrum of information technology (IT), including infrastructure operations, custom application development, enterprise commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) implementation, and business process management.
Prior to joining SRA, Hirsch was CIO and Vice President, Infrastructure Services for American Management Systems (AMS), where he was responsible for global IT infrastructure operations and enterprise application, as well as corporate-wide administrative services for more than 6,500 employees. He was previously Senior Vice President and CIO for BDM International, and Vice President, Information Systems after the company's acquisition by TRW Systems & Information Technology Group, supporting an organization of 15,000 geographically distributed staff. In both positions, he was responsible for directing large IT applications and infrastructures to support thousands of employees in multiple locations, including the management and rollout of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
