Donald J. McNamara, was appointed to serve as a director of the Company in June 1999. Mr. McNamara is the founder of the Hampstead Group, L.L.C., a privately held equity investment firm based in Dallas, Texas, and has served as its Chairman since its inception in 1989. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of FelCor Lodging Trust a NYSE listed hotel REIT. He received his undergraduate degree from Virginia Tech and his MBA in 1978 from Harvard University. The Hampstead Group is the sponsor of Knowledge Capital. |
