Mr. Farley is the Secretary of the Company and acted as the Company's legal counsel from 1994 until 2005. Mr. Farley is a founding partner of the law firm of Hall, Farley, Oberrecht & Blanton, P.A. His legal practice emphasizes litigation and representation of closely held businesses. He has been in private practice since 1975, after serving a two-year judicial clerkship with former United States District Judge J. Blaine Anderson. Mr. Farley is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in Idaho and has also been admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the International Association of Defense Counsel, Defense Research Institute, the Idaho State Bar Association and the Association of Trial lawyers of America. Mr. Farley graduated from the University of Idaho in 1970 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and from the University of Idaho College of Law in 1973. |
