Donald L. Barnes became the Chief Operating Officer of the Insurance Company in 2007 and has served as President of the Insurance Company since 2000. He has been a director of the Company since 2004 and has been Vice Chairman of the Board since 2005. Mr. Barnes served as Senior Vice President of the Insurance Company from 1995 to 1999 and as Executive Vice President from 1999 to 2000. Prior to that, Mr. Barnes had served as President of Franklin United Life Insurance Company for more than five years. |
