Don joined Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman, & Goggin in 2004 as a member of the Casualty Department. He practices in a wide array of casualty areas such as motor vehicle, transportation litigation, premises, liability, product liability, and liquor liability to name a few.
Don graduated from Penn State in 1996 with a B.A. in Political Science and a Minor in Business. He then attended the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and achieved his J.D. in 1999. After graduation, he served as law clerk to the Honorable Michael L. Krancer at the Pennsylvania Environmental Hearing Board.
Don entered private practice with a regional defense firm located in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, in 2002 and focused on defense litigation in the areas of medical malpractice, nursing home liability, and major MVA.
He is also very active outside of the law office in the community; specifically, he serves as a Committeeman for the Dauphin County Republican Committee, in Harrisburg, 5th Ward. Don has the honor of serving as President of the Friendly Sons of St. Patrick, the Harrisburg Chapter, and is a board member of the Midtown Square Action Council. |
