Donald L. Lucas has served as a director of Cadence since 1988 and served as the Chairman of the Board of the Company from 1988 to May 2004. From its inception in 1983 to 1987 Mr. Lucas served as Chairman of the Board and a director of SDA Systems Inc. a predecessor of the Company.
