Donald M. Sims - Senior Benefits Consultant Current responsibility Don is a senior consultant in the Tampa office of Milliman. He joined the firm in 2006, continuing a 15-year career in employee benefits/health and welfare consulting. Experience In addition to having extensive experience with corporate clients, Don also has a long history with union (Taft-Hartley) funds, as well as municipalities. He provides consulting advice regarding employee benefit programs and strategy, cost calculations and projections, and health and welfare compliance. Don is experienced in group and voluntary product offerings, medical/dental, as well as ancillary programs, and is well-versed on alternate funding methodologies.Before joining Milliman, Don was a senior consultant and technical resource for several consulting and brokerage firms, and was in a sales and marketing leadership role with a national health carrier.Education Bachelor of Business Administration, Dowling College, N.Y.
