Mr. Huff's practice focuses on all phases of intellectual property practice including patent, trademark, copyright and unfair competition with emphasis upon trademark counseling, prosecution and litigation before the Federal Courts and tribunals of the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Mr. Huff has practical experience as a research engineer prior to his entry into law school. Mr. Huff's legal experience has spanned all phases of patent, trademark and copyright law including general counseling, licensing, prosecution and litigation.
Mr. Huff has represented a wide range of clients from individual entrepreneurs to domestic and foreign corporations on all levels of the business spectrum in all aspects of intellectual property portfolio management.
