Donald N. Sperling is a founder of the Firm, Chair of the Employment Law and Real Estate Practice Groups, and Co-Chair of the Business Law Practice Group. He concentrates his practice in the areas of business, employment, e-commerce, technology, real estate, personal injury and civil litigation. His experience encompasses commercial acquisitions, employment relations and disputes, complex civil litigation, and substantial injury claims, including as counsel to national corporations, the handling of computer software and systems agreements, licensing and multi-state litigation matters. Mr. Sperling thrives on problem solving and is driven to figure out solutions to meet his clients� needs. Although his career spans over 30 years, he still loves the practice of law and has never lost his passion for helping clients.
Mr. Sperling was recognized as a top attorney in Maryland Super Lawyers Magazine, DC Super Lawyers Magazine and Super Lawyers, Corporate Counsel Edition in 2009. Mr. Sperling received a B.S. degree from the University of Maryland and a J.D. degree magna cum laude from the University of Baltimore. After law school, he served as a law clerk to the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, Maryland.
