Don Dempster is Chief Operating Officer of Obian. Don has primary responsibility for finance, IT and general operations. Previous to joining Obian, Don was the Chief Operating Officer of Eze Castle Integration, the leading supplier of IT services to the hedge fund industry. Don has a successful track record of driving the overall operations of a firm, including administration, compliance, IT, client support and marketing functions. During his more than 15 years in the investment management industry, he has served as COO of a hedge fund, Chief Compliance Officer of a mutual fund and as an accountant with the Securities and Exchange Commission. He received a B.S. in Finance from the University of Idaho, and his CFA charter in 1995.
