Don Keller is a partner in the Bricker & Eckler LLP employment and labor group. He practices private and public sector labor relations, equal employment opportunity, and general employment and labor law, emphasizing collective bargaining, arbitration, defense of wrongful discharge and all forms of employment discrimination litigation. He has extensive experience in arbitration and litigation of labor and employment disputes in state and federal courts and before state and federal administrative enforcement agencies.

Representation of insurers doing business in Ohio in race discrimination actions involving fair housing agencies and allegations of discriminatory denial of insurance coverage
