Mr. Segna has more than forty years experience in managing high technology programs including over-site of 256 research and development projects. His expertise ranges through advanced energy and space systems, nuclear medicine applications, related legislation, government orders and directives, procurement regulations, and cooperative research and development agreements between government and the private sector. Mr. Segna has worked for General Dynamics Corporation, the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), and the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE). Recently, Mr. Segna served as Director of Isotope Programs for Advanced Nuclear and Medical Systems (ANMS). Mr. Segna is a co-founder, Board Director, and past President of the Nuclear Medicine Research Council; founder and CEO of Pacific IsoMed LLC; and a co-founder and Director of Consolidated Airways and The Scandian Company (general partner for two successful land developments). Mr. Segna is a member of the American Nuclear Society. Mr. Segna has received many awards including the Superior Achievement Award for Apollo 16 from NASA. Mr. Segna holds a BS degree in Aeronautical Engineering. From April 1998 to November 1999, Mr. Segna served as Assistant General Manager of IsoRay, Inc., from November 1999 to September 2003 he served as President/CEO of IsoRay, Inc. and from September 2003 through October 1, 2004, he served as President of IsoRay.
