Donald Coleman started his recruiting career in a Fortune 500 international firm. During his 5-year tenure, Donald worked in two offices and was promoted four times and was nationally recognized for revenue production for three consecutive years. As Division Manager of the Baltimore based recruiting team, Donald built a top-ten team that also gained national recognition. Before starting his career in recruiting, Donald worked in several successful outside sales roles. Donald joined Clovis in 2001 as a Managing Partner to build the Accounting & Finance line of business as well as to add his industry expertise to Clovis as a whole. Donald received a Bachelor of Arts in both English and Communications in 1991 from Flagler College. |
