Donald Colvin is Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of ON Semiconductor, a company that engages in the design, manufacture, and marketing of power and data management semiconductors, and standard semiconductor components worldwide. Prior to joining ON Semiconductor in March 2003, Mr. Colvin was Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Atmel Corporation - a manufacturer of advanced semiconductors - since 1998. Prior to this, he served as Chief Financial Officer for a subsidiary of Atmel. Between 1985 and 1995, Mr. Colvin held various positions with European Silicon Structures (ES2) and was Chief Financial Officer from 1990 - 1995. While with Motorola Semiconductors Europe between 1977 and 1985 Mr. Colvin held various financial management positions in the U.K., Switzerland and France.
Mr. Colvin holds a B.A. (Honors) in Economics and an M.B.A. from the University of Strathclyde. |
