Don Moffatt is a recognized, results-oriented business leader with an outstanding record for developing effective contact strategies in customer service and sales. As Senior Vice President, Customer Care for Rogers Communications Inc, he is responsible for all aspects of customer care for the Rogers suite of communications products, including cable, wireless, internet and home phone service. Don is ultimately responsible for Rogers� more than 4,000 call centre staff, located across the country in British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario, Quebec and New Brunswick.
In a career spanning over 25 years, Don has continually demonstrated strong leadership in his commitment to customer satisfaction through a number of senior management roles at organizations including CIBC, Bell Canada, Rogers and most recently as Senior Vice President, Operations for Citibank Canada Citi Cards. Prior to that, as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of CIBC, Don led the e-commerce division responsible for self-service channels. In addition to being one of the founding members of the highly successful President�s Choice Financial institution, he was also responsible for rolling out the organization in the United States. After returning to Canada, Don spent six months consulting with Bell Canada on their call centre operations.
Don�s aptitude for predicting trends in technology, personnel motivation, and processes has been instrumental in his superior results, as measured by industry standards for improving customer satisfaction, reducing call centre costs, and generating revenue.
Don was educated at the University of New Brunswick where he received a B.A. in Business Administration. He and his wife currently reside in Oakville. |
