Donald R. Pugliese is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Firm's New York Office. He is a member of the Firm's Trial Department and Environmental Practice Group. Donald concentrates his practice on all matters of environmental law including litigation and compliance.
Prior to pursuing a career in law, Donald worked as a senior court reporter for the State of New York, Suffolk County, covering criminal and civil trials.
Donald is admitted to practice in New York and before the federal courts of the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
