Professional Experience
For over 19 years, Ms. Diamond has focused on a range of environmental compliance and permitting issues, with a unique background that includes both in-house and private practice experience. Ms. Diamond�s areas of expertise include air and water quality; hazardous and mixed waste; multi-party Superfund sites; the federal Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) and the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA); and the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA); underground storage tanks; ordnance; and environmental justice issues. She also provides environmental due diligence for real estate and merger/acquisition transactions. Ms. Diamond also advises clients on health and safety matters under Cal-OSHA and Fed-OSHA, as well as representing clients at informal conferences and Cal-OSHA Appeals Board hearings. Prior to joining Weston Benshoof, Ms. Diamond was in-house counsel for eight years at The Boeing Company, with previous experience as in-house counsel at Pacific Enterprises (Sempra Energy) and as an Associate at McKenna & Cuneo in Los Angeles.
