Donna Tanenbaum is vice president of Human Resources for Curtiss-Wright Flow Control, charged with providing leadership to the HR function as well as developing a common human capital platform that will enable the organization to attract, develop and retain talent to support its growth strategy.In her 25-year career, Ms. Tanenbaum developed expertise in building and managing human resource departments at a variety of different levels from start-up companies to multi-national corporations. Prior to joining Curtiss-Wright in 2005, Ms. Tanenbaum served in a business development role in the Account Management Practice for Watson Wyatt Worldwide, a premier human capital and financial management consulting firm.Previously, Ms. Tanenbaum held the position of vice president of Human Resources and administration for StarBand Communications Inc. She has also held various HR positions at Teleglobe Communications Corp., SAIC, MCI, Freddie Mac and Metropolitan Life Insurance.Ms. Tanenbaum received a Master of Education degree with an emphasis in Organizational Development from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Development from Cornell University. She is a member of the Human Resource Planning Society, Society of Human Resource Management, The Washington Area Compensation and Benefits Association, and Human Resources Leadership Forum. |
