Donna S. Tweel, a partner in the firm, concentrates her practice in the areas of general business, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and election law. She also has significant experience in the formation and operation of captive insurance companies both in the United States and in offshore countries. Ms. Tweel previously emphasized business litigation, and this prior experience enables her to provide a blend of corporate and litigation advice to the firm�s clients.Ms. Tweel received her B.A. from Marshall University in 1982 and graduated from the University of Dayton School of Law with a Juris Doctor, cum laude, in 1990. While at the School of Law, she was a member of the University of Dayton Law Review. Ms. Tweel is an adjunct professor at the University of Dayton School of Law teaching Interviewing, Counseling, and Negotiation.Ms. Tweel served as a Judicial Staff Attorney with the State of Ohio Second District Court of Appeals. Her professional memberships include the American Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association and the Dayton Bar Association.Ms. Tweel serves as a member of the Wayne Local School District Board of Education. |
