With a background in credit card processing, database management and software engineering, Donte Kim brings a breadth of knowledge and experience to his position as Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Nodus. Prior to spinning off Nodus Technologies from Mekorma, Donte held several key positions at Mekorma, including Director of Operations. In that capacity he was responsible for developing a strategy that included cutting costs and increasing revenue through traditional sales channels and maintenance renewals, transforming Mekorma into a highly profitable venture in a matter of months.Having begun his career at a major financial institution as a Credit Manager, Donte held positions at various levels of the organizational hierarchy serving as QA consultant, senior developer, and product manager. In addition to his broad-based managerial and technical background, Donte has been a Lecturer and Instructor for Cal State University, San Bernardino and Riverside Community College on a variety of technical topics in the programming and networking arenas.Donte holds a Masters Degree in Computer Science from California State University, San Bernardino and a BA in Psychology from the University of California, Riverside and is fluent in Korean. |
