Ms. Miraglia started working with AlphaStaff in September of 2005 and is responsible for leading the current Benefits team in day-to-day operations, focusing on customer service and continual improvement of departmental operations.
Ms. Miraglia most recently served as the Director of Benefits, Compensation, HRIS and HR Administration for Vanguard Car Rental USA Inc., the $2.5 billion rental car company and parent of National and Alamo Rent-A-Car, with an operating budget in excess of $2.2 million. While with Vanguard, she negotiated health and welfare contracts impacting 14,000-21,000 employees. She also negotiated the outsourcing of HR/HRIS processes and benefits administration, experience which is being put to great use as she now works for one of the country�s leading HROs. Altogether, she has over twenty-five years of health planning and benefits administration experience. In addition to attaining her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification, she is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), International Foundation of Employee Benefits Plans (IFEBP) and World at Work. She received her BA in Business Administration from Pace University. |
