Mr. Doug J. Dunn has served as outside director of LG.Philips LCD since March, 2005 and holds Board member positions in ST Microelectronics, ARM Holdings, Soitec, Optical Metrology Innovations and TomTom. Mr. Dunn served as president and CEO (Chief Executive Officer) of ASML and also as CEO of the Consumer Electronics division and the Semiconductor Division of Royal Philips Electronics. He attended College of Advanced Technology, Sheffield University and holds Higher National Certificate in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. He was awarded an Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) by Queen Elizabeth II for services to the electronics industry and Order of Oranje Nassau by the Netherlands for services to the industry. |
