Doug was previously a Managing Director at Credit Suisse First Boston in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group. He joined CSFB in 2000 after its acquisition of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, where he had been a Managing Director in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group since 1996.From 1989 to 1996, he was a Managing Director at Merrill Lynch where he also served as the Chairman of the Fairness Committee. Prior to that, he was a Managing Director in the Mergers & Acquisitions Department of Kidder, Peabody & Co. He was a member of the Board of Directors of Kidder, Peabody at the time of the sale to General Electric. Doug is a 1972 graduate of Fordham University and received his MBA in 1974 from Harvard Business School. |
