After graduating from high school in Toledo, Ohio, Doug moved to Tampa, Florida, where he enrolled at University of South Florida to pursue a higher education. After being diagnosed with a life threatening condition and undergoing surgery, Doug turned his attention toward what came natural: customer service and sales. After two years of being involved in the telecommunications industry with Alltel Communications, Sprint PCS presented Doug with the opportunity to join their team as a Lead Technical Support Supervisor in 2003. It was there that he oversaw the Technical Service Department in the state of Virginia, sharpening his technical skills and further developing his sales and customer service techniques, enabling him to join IPC Technologies as an Account Executive in 2006. As IPC�s business continued to grow and change, Doug�s roles and responsibilities evolved. He has now undertaken the role of Manager of Inside Sales, providing support to both customers and IPC representatives. Doug is an involved father of two, raising his family within the admonition of the Christian faith. |
