Doug Dolan is new to the KLA family and his background brings a great mix of recruiting and technology that allows him to understand our clients needs. From 1990 to 1995, Doug operated a small search firm that provided a mix of permanent placement and contractor services focusing on technical programmers, system administrators, and networking professionals. In 1996, because of his love and curiosity of all things computer related he decided to learn Lotus Notes/Domino. He quickly became proficient in the product and received certifications in system administration and application development . During that time he provided 3rd tier administration and development support for one of IBM's premier partners. After a downturn in the market, Doug started a Lotus Notes/Domino and network support company but decided it was time to get back to recruiting. He joined Ken Leiner Associates in April of 2005 and he has become a valuable addition to the team.
Doug is married and is the father of two children (one of whom is adopted). He is an active member of the community, his church and several sports associations. He is a member of Presbyterian Church of the Atonement in Wheaton, MD and President of Montgomery Christian Softball Association, which is a multi-denominational softball league comprised of teams from churches throughout Montgomery County, MD.
Doug just joined his first tennis league and is rapidly becoming an avid tennis player. He is also proud to be the reigning co-champion of the Mega Challenge Fantasy Football League (with stiff competition).
Finding the right candidate for a position is a rewarding activity. Doug has a unique blend between technology and sales and looks forward to helping to identify great candidates for the challenging positions you need to fill. |
