Doug has over 30 years of experience with a variety of companies leading teams in Customer Service, Field Sales, Sales and Marketing Management, Program and New Product Management, Human Resources and Recruiting, Corporate Development, Strategic Planning, Distribution Management, and Executive and General Management. Doug is a past member of the Advisory Board of Directors for Key Partners, LLC of Chicago, Illinois and the Advisory Board of Directors for the Northern Illinois University, College of Engineering and Engineering Technology. Doug has held positions as a Director for the Alumni Association of Northern Illinois University and assisted in the formation of numerous Alumni chapters for the University. Mr. Franklin holds a B.S. degree in Industry and Technology, specializing in Electronics Engineering, from Northern Illinois University. Most recently he held positions for a worldwide plumbing distribution company as Branch President and General Manager and later as President of a capital equipment manufacturer in Milwaukee serving the plastic blow molding industry. Doug founded EPIC Business Strategies LLC in January of 2004.
