Mr. Mason started with Global Solar in 1997 bringing an extensive hands-on knowledge of systems design and mechanical skills. For his first seven years with the company Mr. Mason focused on the initial development programs associated with the CIGS process which later evolved into involvement in all the processes related to Global Solar products. Mr. Mason was promoted to Manufacturing Director in 2003 and took over managing the entire process flow for the factory. In 2007 Mr. Mason was promoted to VP of Manufacturing to further promote and manage the growth and expansion of Global Solar factory operations. Prior to his work with Global Solar Mr. Mason spent 15 years with the Toyota Motors Company. |
