Douglas J. Mulay serves on the Advisory Board for Legacy Capital Advisors, LLC. Mr. Mulay has over twenty five years of Senior Management experience in manufacturing, primarily focusing in the plastics industry. Those industries served many competitive multi-national markets in a broad range of consumer products. He also has proven expertise in preparing an enterprise to successfully navigate the sales transaction process. Mr. Mulay owned and operated Mulay Plastics with several facilities in the United States and two facilities in Tijuana and Juarez, Mexico. He has had extensive experience in all areas of manufacturing including management, marketing, pricing within competitive markets, operations, contracting, installation of capital equipment, Six Sigma quality requirements, and human resource management. Mr. Mulay very successfully completed the sale of his organization Recently, Mr. Mulay has served as President and COO of Kamco Plastics, a family owned manufacturing company. During has tenure with this organization, he successfully expanded the company by adding a facility in Reynosa, Mexico as well as negotiated and implemented a U.S. plant in plant relationship with a major customer. Mr. Mulay also managed the transaction process during a successful sale of Kamco. |
