Douglas W. Tyler (Doug), CFSP is a native of New Orleans. He and his wife Michelle have three children. He graduated from Sam Barthe High School and attended the University of New Orleans and Tulane University College. He is in sales and has been a co-owner of Loubat Equipment Company since 2001. He began his career in the foodservice industry in 1979 while working for Loubat Glassware & Cork Company, Loubat - L. Frank (American Beauty), Caro Foods and returning to Loubat Equipment in 1997. He is a member of Foodservice Equipment Distributors Association (FEDA), Louisiana Restaurant Association, and has earned Level II Certified Food Service Professional (CFSP) which is sponsored by the North American Association of Foodservice Equipment Manufacturers (NAFEM). In 2002, Doug was named the Foodservice Equipment & Supplies magazine DSR of the Month for February. |
