Doug Walton is a Vice President of Construction Services for our Mountain States/Southwest region located in Phoenix, Arizona. Mr. Walton joined SunAmerica in September 2002, to manage the Mountain States and Southwest region. Mr. Walton has over 19 years of direct construction management experience in multi-family development. Additionally he has spent the last nine years working with national REIT's including Equity Residential and JPI. In his previous positions, as a Regional Construction Director, Mr. Walton has managed both the Phoenix Design Development and Construction Departments for both of these companies. His responsibilities have included design development, pre-development budgets, final budgets, contract negotiations, contract administration and all field management.
