Doug Weil joined NorthMarq�s San Francisco office in December 2005 after having relocated from Boston, MA to be near his family. Doug is an expert in equity financing and through Weil Realty Group and its predecessors raised over $1 billion of institutional capital for national real estate owners and developers. Strategic alliances and equity for one-off transactions are particular areas of expertise. Prior to starting Weil Realty Group, Doug was the founder and president of PaineWebber Properties. Doug has held leadership positions with and remains active in the Urban Land Institute, the International Council of Shopping Centers and the National Multi-Family Housing Council. He is a graduate of Princeton University and the Harvard Business School. |
