Doug Wright leads Lightship, overseeing its management team and providing strategic direction to the organization. Under his guidance, Lightship has developed deep expertise in the financial services, insurance and manufacturing industries, leading to successful projects with such industry giants as IBM, Flowserve, Guardian and USAA. Leading the software industry in Object Technology and Technical Architecture since 1992, Doug co-founded Lightship with Jon Kern in 1996 and the company has consistently been on the forefront of technology ever since.Doug is an Application Integration expert and the author of several papers on Web services and numerous development processes. As Managing Director, he works closely with clients to determine their business needs, planning the technology strategies to achieve their corporate goals. He holds a Master's degree in Engineering Science from Pennsylvania State University and is the winner of the elite Herman R. Salmon Technical Publications Award. Doug has served as a technical advisor on several large enterprise application review boards. |
