As NASBA's Chief Executive Officer, Doug oversees NASBA's vision, mission and strategy, and is intimately involved in the development of NASBA's Business Services. Doug previously served as the managing partner of the Atlanta office of CBIZ Daniel/Pappadakis & Co., a national business services and accounting firm. During his more than 25 years of work as a strategic business consultant and financial/accounting advisor to large and small companies, Doug has founded and served as a venture capital investor in numerous start-ups, with involvement in arranging traditional bank financing, angel money, and private equity. He has also served as a C-level officer, director, or strategic advisor to more than a hundred other companies in various stages of development from start-up to IPO. Mr. Daniel's extensive experience includes working with both traditional and technology companies. Doug is a licensed CPA, a Certified Valuation Analyst, and a graduate of Georgia State University with a BBA in Accounting. |
