Mr. McGregor has been a director of the Company since 1999. In 2002, Mr. McGregor retired as Vice Chairman and Chief Operating Officer of The Rouse Company, formerly a real estate development and management company, a position he held since 1998. Mr. McGregor had been with The Rouse Company since 1972. Mr. McGregor has extensive experience in real estate development and management. Mr. McGregor is a trustee of the Garrison Forest School. |
