For over ten years, Douglas E. Ringel has been assisting clients in protecting and defending their product and process developments and in securing and enforcing patent rights for them. He represents clients both in major patent litigation before the Federal Courts and in patent procurement before the United States Patent & Trademark Office.
Mr. Ringel has unique expertise because he is a mechanical engineer and served as a Patent Examiner in the United States Patent & Trademark Office where he examined patents in the area of general mechanical arts.
