Transactional and Brownfields Redevelopment
Represented client in successful purchase of substantial paper mill operations in Ohio, including structuring, negotiating and financing of transaction.
Represent major national retailer in purchase of environmentally impaired properties in Southeastern Pennsylvania, including negotiation of transactions and oversight of Brownfields remediation and redevelopment.
Represented client in successful purchase of manufacturing operations in North Carolina with significant Brownfields remediation project, negotiating groundbreaking Brownfields Agreement with North Carolina Department of Environment and Natural Resources.
Represented clients in successful purchase and sale of properties on the federal Superfund list.
Ongoing representation of client in successfully remediating and selling federal Superfund site in Southeastern Pennsylvania, as well as settling related cost recovery litigation.
