Mr. Evans has been a Director of the company since 1995. From 1989 to 1995 he has held several senior positions at Kensey Nash Corporation in product development and engineering. Since March 1995 Mr. Evans has served as Chief Operating Officer of Kensey Nash. From 1986 until he joined Kensey Nash in 1989 Mr. Evans held positions in engineering and business development for several divisions of the General Electric Company. Mr. Evans received a B.S. degree in Engineering Science and a Masters degree in Business Management from Pennsylvania State University and a M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Evans is a Registered Professional Engineer in the United States. |
