Doug focuses his practice on commercial bankruptcy and business reorganization matters. His experience includes workouts and commercial bankruptcy proceedings for a wide variety of debtor and creditor clients, including representations of debtors-in-possession, official and unofficial committees of creditors, bondholders and debenture-holders, and banks and institutional investors. Major cases in which Doug has actively participated include: Friede Goldman Halter, Inc. (debtor), Forceenergy, Inc. (debtor), Paracelsus Healthcare (debtor), Westcap Corp. (creditors� committee), Ninfa�s (creditors� committee), Grant Geophysical (creditors� committee), Megafoods (equity holders� committee) and Westmoreland Coal (equity holders� committee).
