Mr. Friednash practices complex civil litigation in trial and appellate proceedings. He has extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution forums including mediation and arbitration, and regularly counsels clients in the area of litigation prevention. He has also represented businesses in local and state legislative matters as well as in election matters and initiatives. Mr. Friednash also provides advice and defense in regulatory matters. Mr. Friednash also served as a Special Assistant Attorney General for the State of Colorado in a variety of cases from 1992 to the present. Prior to joining Fairfield and Woods, Mr. Friednash had a broad litigation and government relations practice representing a wide range of public, business and individual clients. Mr. Friednash was an Assistant Attorney General in the Colorado Department of Law from 1988 to 1992. From 1992 through 1996, Mr. Friednash served in the Colorado General Assembly, where he received numerous honors, including Outstanding Freshman Representative, Business Legislator of the Year, Guardian of Small Business, Legislator of the Year, and Friend of the Children. Mr. Friednash is active in the community, supporting a variety of civic and charitable organizations. Born and raised in Denver, Colorado, Mr. Friednash enjoys spending time with his family and friends. |
