Mr. MacMaster served in various management positions at Merck & Co., Inc. (Merck) from 1961 to 1988, at which time he was appointed Senior Vice President responsible for ten divisions, including Manufacturing and Technology and Pharmaceutical Manufacturing. Mr. MacMaster retired from Merck in 1991 and currently serves as a Director for Neose Technologies, Inc. (biotechnology) and Stratton Mutual Funds. Mr. MacMaster has been a Director of Martek since 1993. His term expires in 2008. |
