As a shareholder in the Milwaukee office, Douglas J. Patch focuses his practice on complex business transactions and entities. Representative transactions include private equity financings, corporate acquisitions, like-kind exchanges and acquisitive partnership transactions. Doug speaks frequently on a variety of topics related to the tax aspects of acquisitions and financing. Doug co-authored the Limited Liability Companies chapter of the forthcoming Wisconsin Business Advisor and authored the supplement to the Tax Issues chapter of LLCs and LLPs: A Wisconsin Handbook.
Douglas is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
