Mr. Krebs is a senior vice president, as well as the president of Cerner�s global operation. In his current role, Mr. Krebs is responsible for the development, sales and marketing, consulting services and client support of Cerner clinical solutions in the international marketplace.
Mr. Krebs joined Cerner in 1994 as regional vice president for the Southeastern United States. During his career at Cerner, he has served as vice president and general manager for product sales, area vice president and general manager for the Eastern U.S., vice president and general manager for clinical enterprises, and senior vice president and general manager for five U.S.-based regions, Canada, Europe, the Middle East, technology resale and business channels.
Prior to joining Cerner, Mr. Krebs spent 15 years with IBM in a variety of sales and marketing executive positions. His experience includes sales positions, general management responsibilities for several IBM regional offices, strategy development and operations responsibilities for IBM�s United States alternate channels business, and executive assistant responsibilities for the operations of a $4 billion IBM division.
Mr. Krebs has served as a featured speaker for the American Marketing Association on numerous occasions. His civic involvement includes participation in youth mentoring programs, Junior Achievement, Habitat for Humanity, Indian Guides Youth Program and the Matthews ministry for youth with physical impairments. He is a member of HIMSS and the Harvard Business Club and is a past board member of the National Council of Growing Companies.
Mr. Krebs received his bachelor�s degree in marketing from Illinois State University and is a graduate of the Harvard University School of Business Executive MBA program. |
