Mr. Hayes has served as a member of the Company's Board of Directors since October 2002. Since 1997, Mr. Hayes has been the President of Hayes Capital Corporation, a private investment firm, and from 1997 through 2002 he also served as Chairman of Compass Aerospace Corporation, an aerospace parts manufacturer. From 1986 through 1997, Mr. Hayes was a Managing Director of the investment firm Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Mr. Hayes currently is a member of the board of directors of Reliance Steel and Aluminum Co. |
