Mr. Henry is a partner at Sherin and Lodgen LLP practicing in the Real Estate Department. He represents real estate developers, public and private companies, independent power producers, lending institutions, and other corporate and individual clients in connection with the acquisition, permitting, financing, leasing, operation, management, and disposition of real estate facilities. His practice includes the representation of clients in connection with complex downtown and suburban development projects, hotel and hospitality projects, affordable housing and community development, office, industrial, and retail projects.
Prior to joining Sherin and Lodgen LLP, Mr. Henry was the chair of the Real Estate and Environmental Practice Group at Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault, LLP in Boston. Mr. Henry is a past Secretary of the Boston Bar Association and previously chaired the Boston Bar Association�s Real Estate Section and its Leasing Committee. He is the current co-chair of the Commercial Real Estate Finance Committee of the Real Estate Bar Association for Massachusetts. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of The Lawyers Clearinghouse on Affordable Housing and Homelessness, Inc.

Represents an independent power producer in all real estate matters in connection with the development of two new gas fired generating plants in Massachusetts with a combined capacity in excess of 2100 megawatts.
Represents private real estate development company in connection with the acquisition, redevelopment, leasing and financing of large scale industrial complexes.
Represents international pharmaceutical company in connection with the disposition of excess manufacturing facilities in the northeast.
Represented biotechnology company in connection with the development of a manufacturing facility in Massachusetts including the negotiating of the first targeted state loan in connection with a program to retain biotech manufacturing jobs in Massachusetts.
Represented numerous startup and mature biotech companies with a focus on the leasing of research and development and manufacturing facilities.
Represented numerous startup and mature software companies, medical device companies, and specialized equipment manufacturing companies with a focus on office and research and development leasing, acquisition of buildings, and campus developments.
