Mr. Morrison practices in the Firm's Provo, Utah office. He has forty years of legal and accounting experience. Mr. Morrison has practiced law in the District of Columbia and in Utah since 1968, the vast majority of his career spent in Utah County. His practice concentrates in small business and estate planning, trust and estate administration, retirement planning, and charitable foundations. Mr. Morrison has been awarded the highest rating of expertise and ethics (AV) by Martindale Hubbell. He has taught business at the BYU Marriott School of Business and advanced estate planning at the J. Reuben Clark School of Law. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Provo Chamber of Commerce, and for eight years on the Board of Trustees of Utah Valley State College in Orem, with two years as Vice Chair and two years as Chair. He has also served on the Boards of Directors of numerous charitable foundations.
