Mr. Carlisle has served as a Director of LiveOps since December 2003. He is currently a managing partner at Menlo Ventures and joined the organization in 1982. At Menlo, Mr. Carlisle focuses primarily on early-stage communications and software companies. He has also worked as a design engineer at ROLM Corporation. His recent investments and board seats include: Appshop, ePac, Expand Beyond, FutureTrade Technologies, GoDigital Networks, IntelliDOT, IronPort Systems, LiveOps, nLight Photonics, Open Solutions and ProfitLine. His prior investments and board seats include: Carrier Access Corporation (CACS); Cyras Systems, acquired by CIENA Corp. (CIEN); Efficient Networks (EFNT); Hotmail, acquired by Microsoft (MSFT); Kalpana, acquired by Cisco (CSCO); printCafe Software (PCAF); and Pyxis.
