Professional Experience
Doug Haney began his career as an appraiser at Southern California Edison. In 1973 he came to CB Richard Ellis (previously Coldwell Banker and Coldwell Banker Commercial) and has held various positions as a real estate valuer, consultant, marketing director, and manager. Mr. Haney's experience in all phases of the valuation business has given him exposure to virtually every property type and location throught the U.S. He and all of his Senior Managing Directors are acquainted with some of the largest lending institutions in the U.S and abroad, and know the requirements of the rating agencies.
