Mr. Amir is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company. Mr. Amir has been an officer and director of the Company since 1977 having previously held the position of President and Director. Prior to joining the Company Mr. Amir was involved in the development of natural resources and economic development projects in the United States Africa South America and Europe both in the capacity of a corporate executive and as a consultant. Mr. Amir holds a B.S. degree in Petroleum Engineering Cum Laude and M.S. degree in Petroleum Engineering and Economics from the University of Southern California as well as postgraduate courses in management and finance at USC and UCLA. |
