Since 1989, Doyle has held several key leadership positions with Gifts In Kind International. As the Director of Donor Involvement and CRM (customer relations’ management), he oversees the development, implementation and placement of the donation program. Doyle plays a central role in ensuring donor retention, participation and increased giving. He communicates directly with all our corporate and association donors and oversees a five-person customer relations’ team. During emergency situations, Doyle is our disaster relief response coordinator.
Previously, he was the distribution center manager for the Ace Hardware Corporation’s east coast customer service center that serves over 600 retail outlets. Doyle has a master’s degree in business education from Bowling Green State University and a bachelor of science in business administration and education from The Defiance College. |
