Mr. Webb joined Kerlin in 1998 as a senior investment banker having previously been a corporate executive who bought or sold over 60 companies and developed the corporate strategy for mergers, acquisitions and divestitures and had operational experience with three major corporations. Mr. Webb was a Senior Vice President, Business Development and Strategic Planning for ConAgra�s Refrigerated Foods Division (1995-1997), President of Monterey Bay Corporate Development (1993-1995), and previously had a twelve year career with Basic American Foods where he rose to become Vice President, Corporate Development (1981-1993).Mr. Webb as an investment banker has contributed significantly to Kerlin client projects with his operational and corporate development skills, as well as his long and deep relationships within the food, food service, distribution and manufacturing industries. Prior to joining Kerlin, he advised Certified Grocers of California (United Western Grocers), a major Kerlin client, to help resolve an operational issue for one of Certified�s investments. Mr. Webb obtained his BA from the University of Florida and received an Executive MBA from the Harvard Business School. |
